Venecia Burner is the national Ambassador for United Capital Financial Advisors and works on special projects with the Lead Referral Program in Newport Beach and Dallas. Venecia specializes in talking with individuals who are interested in having an Advisory relationship with the firm. Her role is to clearly explain what we do at United Capital, how our process works and how our unique tools may have impacted the lives of our clients. She is proud to represent the distinguished and skilled United Capital Advisors across the country.
Venecia has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years, most of those working in major wire houses in Minnesota and Michigan. She specialized in training advisors and introducing managed portfolios to clients of the firms she represented, and later helping clients working in educational institutions plan for retirement. Venecia moved to Texas from Michigan in 2013, and used her extensive experience in financial investment, retirement counseling and wealth management to help clients in both Texas and Louisiana.
Venecia is an active member of her community. Her community involvement in Michigan included many projects with Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots and the Lansing Food Bank. She has since volunteered with Special Olympics Texas and Circle of Friends during their Annual Pumpkin Sale. Venecia is an alumna of The Minneapolis College of Art and Design and received her MBA in 2012 from Northwood University, Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management. Venecia has one daughter, Natalie, who is a Naturopathic Physician practicing in Silicon Valley and a sweet rescue dog, Fergus, who is the true master of her home. She loves heading back to Michigan every summer to her little cottage in the woods to stay in touch with the joys of nature and lifelong friends.
