Daniel Galli, M.ED., CFP®Independent Presenter and Financial Counselor
Dan Galli is an independent Presenter working with The PFE Group*. He is a practicing Certified Financial Planner® practitioner with over 30 years of experience. He has conducted hundreds of workshops nationally over the last 15 years. Dan is Principal of Daniel J. Galli and Associates.
Dan is a member of the adjunct faculty at Boston University teaching Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits and is a contributing author and editor for the Retirement Planning and Employee Benefit sections of Boston University's online Financial Planning course. He has also taught at Northeastern University in Boston. Dan has been quoted in the Boston Sunday Herald, the Boston Globe, and other major publications. He has conducted Personal Financial Chats for The Boston Globe's website, www.boston.com. He has also served on the steering committee of the Massachusetts Financial Education Collaborative (MFEC) to help promote financial literacy in MA and has worked with legislatures on Beacon Hill to help promote financial literacy and the recognition of financial planning, specifically, the CFP® mark.
Dan is a past President of the Financial Planning Association of MA. Dan holds a B.S. from Boston University and an M.Ed from Bridgewater State College. He taught professionally for 11 years prior to beginning his financial services career. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant. He holds various securities licenses and is a Securities Principal.
