Nicole Poulson

Chief Operating Officer For Workplace And Personal Wealth

Nicole is chief operating officer for Workplace and Personal Wealth (WPW) within Asset & Wealth Management (AWM). She serves as a member of the AWM Inclusion and Diversity Council.

Prior to joining WPW, Nicole held several leadership roles across Private Wealth Management Operations, including global head of Private Bank Operations, Fraud Strategy, and Trade and Transaction Management. She was previously head of Wealth Management Operations in Dallas, where she helped establish and lead the growth of Wealth Management Operations teams in the region. Nicole joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in Salt Lake City in 2005 and relocated to Dallas in 2019. She was named managing director in 2019.

Nicole earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 2002.
