Nancy DeRusso
Head Of Wellness & Financial Planning For Workplace And Personal WealthNancy serves as head of Wellness & Financial Planning for Workplace and Personal Wealth. Previously, she was co-head of Digital Advice for Consumer Wealth Management. Prior to that, Nancy served as senior vice president of Enterprise Relationship Management from 2017 to 2019, and built and led the team responsible for managing and enhancing corporate client relationships across all areas of Ayco. Before that, she served as senior vice president and co-head of Digital Business Strategy for Ayco from 2016 to 2017. Earlier in her career, Nancy oversaw Ayco’s Development and Training program for five years, leading the formation of a multi-year financial planning curriculum that includes technical, practical, management and leadership training.
Nancy joined Ayco in 1999 and has spent the majority of her career in the Family Office. She worked as a senior account manager, advising ultra high net worth clients and their families. In addition, Nancy worked with Ayco’s existing clients and advisors to expand and enhance business opportunities for the firm as part of the Corporate Development Group. She was named managing director in conjunction with Ayco's full integration with Goldman Sachs in 2021.
Nancy earned a BA, magna cum laude, from the University at Albany and a JD, magna cum laude, from the University at Albany Law School, where she served as an executive editor of the Albany Law Review.
