Jim Rivers

Head Of Personal Financial Management, West Region

Jim is region head of Personal Financial Management (PFM) for the Americas West Coast region. Prior to joining PFM, Jim led Ayco’s West Coast Region, overseeing the financial counseling and ancillary services provided to corporate executives and other high net worth individuals based in the area.

Prior to that, he was region head for the Goldman Sachs Partners Family Office. Earlier in his career, he held a number of positions in Ayco's Mid-Atlantic Region, including as an advisor to clients.

Jim joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 as a financial analyst at Ayco in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Jim was named managing director in conjunction with Ayco’s full integration with Goldman Sachs in 2021.

Jim earned a BA in Economics from Fordham University in 2003 and a JD from Brooklyn Law School in 2006.
