Head Of Client Experience And Business Scalability For Workplace And Personal Wealth

Jeff is head of Client Experience and Business Scalability for Workplace and Personal Wealth (WPW). In this role, he drives collaboration across business initiatives that help remediate risk, drive efficiency and enhance the client experience. Jeff also serves as a member of the WPW Operating Group. He initially joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 as an analyst in Currency Operations and went on to serve as head of Bank Relations and Market Infrastructure. Jeff was named managing director in 2021 in conjunction with Ayco's full integration with Goldman Sachs.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Economics from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
