Managing Director

Cynthia is head of Personal Financial Management Group (PFMG) Product and leads the teams responsible for building out the Wellness, Personal Financial Management and Executive Financial Management platforms. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2021 as a managing director.

Prior to joining the firm, Cynthia was vice president of Digital Advice and Innovation at Charles Schwab, where she led the teams responsible for Schwab Intelligent Portfolios, the firm's $80 billion robo advisory and hybrid advisory and planning services. She also led their Digital Planning experiences and launched their free digital financial plan for all clients. Before joining Charles Schwab, Cynthia was a member of the executive team at Betterment, where she built and launched the company's 401(k) business. She also previously led business development at ZocDoc, a healthcare technology start-up. Earlier in her career, Cynthia worked at PIMCO and Merrill Lynch.

Cynthia is a member of the Boulder Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization. InvestmentNews named her a 2020 Innovator, and Business Insider named her to their 2019 list of innovators transforming the future of wealth management.

Cynthia earned a BA in Cognitive Science, with a focus on Computational Modeling, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is a CFA charterholder.
