Herbert C. Rosenthal, Westport, has extensive experience in the area of personal financial planning and is responsible for the creation and implementation of financial plans unique to each client at the Westport office of Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, within the Consumer and Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs.
Previously, Herbert served as President of the Western Connecticut Estate and Tax Planning Council. He also served five terms as First Selectman, the Chief Executive Officer of the town of Newtown, focusing on municipal benefit programs.
Herbert earned a BA in Government from Fairfield University and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Consultant from American College.
