Herbert C. Rosenthal, Westport, is a Wealth Manager in our Westport office of Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, within the Asset & Wealth Management business of Goldman Sachs. He joined our Team in 1986.

Herb has extensive experience in the area of personal financial planning and is responsible for the creation and implementation of financial plans unique to each client. Previously, Herb served as President of the Western Connecticut Estate and Tax Planning Council. He also served five terms as First Selectman, the Chief Executive Officer of the town of Newtown, focusing on municipal benefit programs.

Herbert earned a BA in Government from Fairfield University and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Consultant from American College.
