Will Sterling
Vice PresidentWill Sterling, {officeName}, is responsible for serving as a voting member of both the Equity and Fixed Income Investment Committees at the Bethesda office of Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, within the Asset & Wealth Management business of Goldman Sachs. Will is responsible for Alternative Investment Due Diligence.
Previously, Will worked for almost a decade at Charles Schwab where he served as Director of Income Solutions. In that capacity, Will provided leadership and knowledge across the full spectrum of income-generating offers with responsibility for the process, people, and platform. Before Schwab, Will held several positions at Morgan Stanley working in the fixed income and capital markets divisions. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in the Analyst Program. More recently, Will was a member of Morgan Stanley’s Special Situations Group focusing on investment opportunities across capital structure.
Will earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University with Minors in Business Administration and International Affairs, graduating Cum Laude.
