Vice President, Co-Head Of Office, Silicon ValleyEric Lewis, Silicon Valley, is responsible for overseeing client relations and investment strategies and planning for the Silicon Valley office of Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, within the Asset & Wealth Management business of Goldman Sachs.
Previously, Eric was a partner at Bedrock Capital Management. Prior to this move, Eric held management positions at International Data Corporation, Hewlett-Packard and a division of Standard & Poor’s. Bedrock Capital Management eventually became the United Capital office in Silicon Valley, and United Capital became what is now known as Goldman Sachs Personal Finance Management .
Eric received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®).
Along with his wife Sheryl, Eric loves to travel around the globe and soak in the people, culture, food, museums and architecture. When he isn’t working, traveling, volunteering or hanging out with his family, Eric likes to hike and cycle the beautiful trails around San Francisco Bay. He has also served on the Executive Board of both the South Peninsula Hebrew Day School and Congregation Beth David, for which he currently serves as a member of the Legacy Giving Committee. Additionally, Eric is Chair of the Investment Committee for Hillel of Silicon Valley.
