Allen Buckley, Sacramento, assists clients by providing financial life management at the Modesto, California, office of Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, within the Asset & Wealth Management business of Goldman Sachs.

Allen brings a breadth of wealth management experience to Goldman Sachs. In 2003, he co-founded Teachers Retirement Services, which handled nonprofit retirement accounts for educators. In 2009, Teachers Retirement Services sought to offer additional services to its growing list of clients and aligned with Valley Wealth, Inc., to provide more complex financial solutions. Valley Wealth then became what is now Goldman Sachs Personal Finance Management.

Allen attended Orange Coast College and Stanislaus State University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science degree with an emphasis in economics, political science and history. Allen is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®).

He lives in Modesto with his wife, Crystal, and their three children: Ella, Ava and Luke. Allen takes an active role in his community and is a member of Modesto Rotary.
