Rob Hoxton, Winchester, focuses on personal financial planning and implementing investment strategies for clients in the Northern Shenandoah Valley - Winchester office of Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, within the Consumer and Wealth Management Division of Goldman Sachs.

Rob is a thirty-year veteran of the financial planning profession with more than twenty as a CFP® professional. Prior to his current role. Rob was CEO and Founder of Hoxton Financial, Inc./HFI Wealth Management in Shepherdstown, West Virginia and Winchester, Virginia.

Rob graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) from the College for Financial Planning. He is an adjunct professor of financial planning at the Shepherd University College of Business. He served on the national board of The Financial Planning Association.

He lives in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, and St. Michaels, Maryland, with his wife, Mary-Logan and dog Mindy.
