Amanda Runkles, Winchester, primarily focus on developing and implementing financial strategies for clients at the Northern Shenandoah Valley - Shepherdstown office of Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, within the Consumer and Wealth Management Division of Goldman Sachs. Amanda works closely with clients to tailor recommendations specifically in retirement planning, cash flow and investment management, insurance and estate planning.

Amanda joined United Capital, now Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, in 2011, after seven years in public accounting. Before, Amanda worked at Yount, Hyde & Barbour Accounting Firm, where she concentrated on bank audits and tax preparation.

Amanda is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Spanish. Amanda became a Certified Public Accountant in 2008, an Investment Adviser Representative in 2011, a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) in 2012 and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional in 2013.
