William Swearingen, II, Dallas, is responsible for helping individuals with their retirement goals that are most important to them, and manages the Dallas office at Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, within the Asset & Wealth Management business of Goldman Sachs.

William has enjoyed over 30 years of advising clients and he joined privately-owned United Capital as a Managing Director in 2008. In July 2019, United Capital Financial Advisers was acquired by Goldman Sachs and became what we now know as Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management. William continues to assist clients live the life they want.

William graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Finance.

Outside of the office, William enjoys watching his 19-year old son excel in college at SMU and his 16-year-old son play soccer and football. William and his wife, Priscila, have been married 20 years and enjoy outdoor activities.
