Joshua Smith, Dallas, focuses on helping clients at all income levels plan financial transitions and ultimately retire with comfort and confidence for the Las Colinas, Houston, Austin and North Dallas offices of Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, within the Asset & Wealth Management business of Goldman Sachs. He also guides management-level financial portfolios for executives. Joshua emphasizes an elevated level of service and stewardship for clients and mentors incoming advisors. Joshua brings an extensive knowledge of individual financial planning and focuses on 401(k) and pension-plan rollovers into IRA portfolios for estate planning and other crucial retirement needs.

Prior to joining what is now known as Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management in 2006, Joshua was with Chase Bank in Oklahoma City. He is also an acting board member for Journey of Hope, a local non-profit. The Journey of Hope Grief Support Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing group grief support to children, adolescents, and their parents or adult caregivers who have lost a loved one.

Joshua and his wife Christine live in McKinney, Texas, and have two children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, outdoor sports and, above all else, spending time with family and friends.
