Mimi Schanzlin, CFP®
Vice President, Co-Head Of Office, BuffaloMimi Schanzlin, Buffalo, advises clients on all facets of financial and estate planning, helping them chart a financial course for lifetime wealth creation at the Buffalo office of Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, within the Asset & Wealth Management business of Goldman Sachs.
She has been guiding clients to live the life they want since 1996. Prior to joining what is now Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, Mimi was a Partner and Managing Director at Harold C. Brown & Co., LLC, a wealth advisory firm. Previously, she had been a Commercial Loan Officer at M&T Bank, as well as a CPA in both the Boston and Buffalo offices of Ernst & Young.
Mimi earned her BS from Boston College in 1987 and an MBA from the University at Buffalo in 1993. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) Practitioner, and a member of the Financial Planning Association of Western New York and Estate Analysts of Western New York.
Active in her community as well, Mimi sits on the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County’s Women United Advisory Board, and serves as a member of the Buffalo Club and the Buffalo Canoe Club. She is also a proud alum of Holy Angels Academy.
