What I do really well:
I am dedicated and committed to providing the personalized attention every client expects and deserves. Understanding each client’s needs and ensuring that they are met with the highest professionalism is paramount. I strive to build strong client relationships by earning their trust and confidence through efficiency, accuracy and expertise.
Why I get up in the morning:
Building long-term client relationships. Taking the time to listen to clients, as well as on-going communication, is key. It is important to have insight into clients’ needs, whether operationally or otherwise, and ensure they are addressed with integrity and efficiency. I like clients to know they can count on exceptional personal service, always.
How I got here:
With over 25 years of office management, operations and client relationship experience, both as an executive assistant and director of operations, and after several years working in financial services, it was evident that broadening my depth of knowledge and skills in the industry would enable me to most effectively assist clients with any questions or issues that may arise. To that end, I have attained my securities licenses and have become an investment adviser representative.
What I tell clients:
Our team is here to assist you in achieving your financial goals. If something is of concern to you, then it is important to us. No question or issue is insignificant.
