What are three words people use to describe you?

Loyal, funny, clever

When you are not working, what do you care about most?

My wife and college sweetheart, Hollie...and then playing as much golf as I can.

What's your MoneyMind®?

Commitment, Happiness

Cooper is responsible for assisting our Acquisition and Recruiting teams in the acquisition process and financial analysis of wealth management companies around the country. He also provides execution support for acquisition transactions and business due diligence. He enjoys pairing the relationship-building aspects of the role with analysis work like the evaluation and structuring of M&A transactions.

He developed his passion for working with advisors and their practices while working in institutional sales at an alternative investments firm where he helped build out sales processes and served as a specialist in the RIA channel. Prior to that, Cooper honed his analytical skills in an equity research role. He was recently awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.

Cooper studied at California University, Sonoma, where he received his undergraduate degree in economics and his master’s degree in finance at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. He currently lives in Aliso Viejo, CA. You might find him watching Jeopardy, learning to play the guitar he just bought on Craigslist, or daydreaming about shooting under par.
